Request deletion of your Within Reach app account. No website sign-in is required.

Your request is recorded

Every successfully submitted request receives a reference number so it can be tracked through completion.

We verify first

We will contact you to confirm ownership before deleting your account. We will never ask for your password.

You receive confirmation

Verified requests are completed within 30 days. We will email you when the process is finished.

What this deletes

Your app account and sign-in credentials—after we verify your identity. If other accounts are in the family circle, the circle stays active for them. If yours is the only account, the family circle is deleted with your account.
